REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) / SADI C.A.R.E.S. Behavior Clinic
SEMO Alliance for Disability Independence, Inc. (SADI) is a non-profit Center for Independent Living (CIL). SADI provides programs and services to the elderly, persons with disabilities and children / adults with special needs. We serve the counties of Cape, Perry, Bollinger, Scott and Mississippi. SADI offers a full benefits package including health, dental and vision for full-time employees. We are currently seeking to hire an energetic and compassionate team member to join our Special Needs Department. This position is full-time from 8:30am-4:30pm/5:00pm Monday-Friday with a 30-minute lunch. We are growing in our behavior clinic and are looking to hire quickly. The RBT in this position is responsible for assisting the Behavior Team in implementing behavior services as outlined by the behavior analyst, providing direct behavioral support to assigned consumers, providing assistance to individuals in accordance with program policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and personal outcomes measures. This position with assist in the implementation of individualized goals and objectives for home, community and center-based programs as indicated by the needs of the persons we support. Assists in collecting data related to any challenging behaviors as requested by the Behavior Team. Assists during crisis events. The position will provide 1 to 1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Services can take place in the clinic, consumer’s home or community.
Requirements:
- RBT certification in good standing
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a Background Screening
- Class E Driver License (can be obtained after employment)
